Oeno Maris Nights: ¡Oye! Rare Spanish Sparkling & Tapas | 10th of July | 7:30pm

Inspired by a recent jaunt to the south of Spain Oeno Maris have compiled a bespoke menu of tapas inspired by our seafood selection & an unbelievably fortunate landslide into some incredibly rare sparkling wines coming out of Cataluña.

As such, we are inviting a small group to come share five courses in our intimate candlelit wine room as sparkling wine expert & journalist Tom Hewson @six_atmospheres walks us through the wine pairing & team Oeno Maris showcases their tapas. 

Tom has recently been narrowing in on the great sparkling wines from Spain & on the evening we will taste through four organically / biodynamically farmed, long-aged traditional method Spanish sparkling wines that will challenge preconceptions - including:

  • Miquel Pons Montargull 'Con Corcho'' 2018

  • Alta Alella Paraje Calificado 'Vallcirera' OPUS 2019

  • Recaredo Subtil 2016

  • Recaredo Turó d'en Mota 2011

Note: Tickets are extremely limited.  This is a seated event, indoors in our intimate wine room. The fixed menu is focused on seafood & can not be altered. The organised program will start at 7:30 sharp.
