Whole Fish sizes are 1-2 kg & 2-3 kg, and will be charged at Market Price (expect £80+ per kg). You will be charged for the exact weight that is prepared for you at the time of pick up. Please select whether you would like the fish simply Cleaned (head on, scaled & gutted) or Filleted (off bones, two whole fillets).
