Join us for an intimate oeno tasting event as we talk through the various methods of producing sparkling wines. You will have the opportunity to appreciate four different glasses of bubbles while we discuss what makes the wines you will be tasting different from the mass produced imposters.

Each carefully curated glass will be complemented with a portion of Oeno Maris’ finest oysters and a tantalizing selection of our top sashimi, including Hamachi (Yellowtail), Scottish Salmon, and Akami (Blue Fin Tuna). A match made in heaven!
