Oeno Maris Nights: Nihonshu no Hi | 1st of October | 7:30pm

£65.00

October 1st marks World Sake Day or 'Nihonshu no Hi', the official start of the new sake-brewing season in Japan. It’s the perfect occasion to honour the country's national beverage and those who produce it (not to mention, some of our favourite food!).

On the evening we will convert our shop into an intimate seated dining experience, where we will taste through a 4 course set small plates menu exploring the range of textures & flavours of Oeno Maris’ superior raw seafood selection, prepared right in front of you.

Each course has been designed by our team to pair with the unique flavour profiles of 4 sakes - each from small batch, heritage breweries that celebrate the provenance of terroir. With each course, we will share with you information about the sake, its production and makers, as well as where your seafood has been harvested and why we made the pairing.

Your ticket price includes the four course tasting menu, each with a different glass of sake (60ml), and good times. Additional glasses, as well as bottles to take home, will be available for purchase on the evening.

Kanpai!

Please note: The entire menu will consist of raw fish & seafoods and can not be altered. Due to the size of our venue, we can not seat parties larger than 4.
