Do you have a passion for low intervention wine and seafood? Would you enjoy working with a growing small business & chill environment in trendy Newington Green? Freedom to learn more about wine, eat sashimi in a tight community?
Hours: Friday 1-8pm | Saturday 12-7pm (14 hours weekly); opportunity for more during our popular events.
Basic Duties:
Serve dine in customers (wine, sake, beer by the glass as well as our raw eat in menu of oysters, sashimi)
Support sales in our retail wine shop
General support of the wine shop & eat in functions.
Increase knowledge of low intervention wines and boutique sake breweries, attend trade tastings, etc.
