For the seafood lovers … this session focuses on prepping & eating Shellfish. We will go through:

  • Oyster shucking

  • De-shelling prawns

  • Cleaning Mussels & Clams

  • Preparing Octopus

  • Preparing Lobster

  • Cooking, picking & dressing Crab


Course & Dinner: £135 per person (subject to market price adjustments)

Price includes wine*, delivery of all ingredients, lesson, class handbook & cleanup, as well as preparation of dinner.

Shop with the Chef! … Level up your produce knowledge and go shopping with the chef. Learn how to choose the highest quality fish & select the finest fruits, herbs and vegetables. £50-£100 supplement (menu dependent).

* Oeno Maris will select wine to pair with your evening, with one glass per person included in your pricing. Should you wish for additional wine please let us know & we can assure you are delighted!

Note, prices quoted are estimates based on classes for six people. For smaller groups a minimum spend applies to cover costs. We will work with you to assure we offer what is ideal for the size of your event.
