Mike will also teach you about each species, discuss seasonality & sustainability and go through useful cooking techniques.

Course Only: £100 per person

Price includes wine*, delivery of all ingredients, lesson, class handbook & cleanup.


Course & Dinner: £150 per person

In addition to above, this offer includes the ingredients and preparation of dinner.

Shop with the Chef! … Level up your produce knowledge and go shopping with the chef. Learn how to choose the highest quality fish & select the finest fruits, herbs and vegetables. £50-£100 supplement (menu dependent).
