In this class, you will learn the basics of oyster shucking, shelling prawns, filleting a round fish, cleaning mussels and squid.

There is an option to add on a full dinner prepared in your home!

Shop with the Chef! … Level up your produce knowledge and go shopping with the chef. Learn how to choose the highest quality fish & select the finest fruits, herbs and vegetables. £50-£100 supplement (menu dependent).
