This course is designed for the fire … you will be:

  • Preparing Hand Dived Scallops

  • Butterflying Tiger Prawns

  • Cleaning a small Round fish (i.e. Mackerel)

  • Filleting Monkfish Tail

To top it off, the chef will cook it all for you & your guests!
